Both Debbie and the Big Spiccone spent their entire lives in the Chicago area before relocating to Castalian Springs Tennessee so you can be sure the food is authentic Chicago. Debbie is cook,organizer and generally in control having run an Italian Beef stand in Elgin for 10 years. The Big Spiccone is the Big Spiccone, nuff said!
