Chicago relish

If you order a Chicago Hotdog it comes with this strange, neon-green relish on it.  What the heck is it?...............Chicago relish of course and it tastes like no relish you've ever had.  Unlike regular pickle relish which is basically shredded sweet pickles and is pretty disgusting, Chicago relish is treated differently.  It's soaked in lime juice which gives it the unique flavor and color.

So now you know the secret and must observe omerta, the law of silence or the family will see to ya.
